Nothing special, high work load. Staff where lovely but very little management on scheduling team. Just one guy who is very inexperienced. Low pay for what you have to do
Do not work there. You are better off being unemployed than working for a company that bullies its staff. The staff are stressed and off with mental health difficulties due to the constant bullying. Also they do not take care of their lower paying customers. Unethical.
Low pay no training treated badly 7 engineers left in 3months including my area manager and my team leader call out rota was 1in 2 area is so large can take up to 8 hours to do 1ccall out test equipment is out of date fuel card is hardly accepted at petrol stations comunication is almost impossible no one answes there phone
No two days are ever the same, lots of project based work aimed at improving the business and its people. It is not a relaxing day, but if you enjoy good team based working and lots of problem solving and being part of something really exciting this is a great business
Rather not slate then anymore. It was very bad. Over worked under paid, made to travel like a gypsie for work meanwhile not having enough time to sleep abs barely enough money to cover your bills.
