Trabalhei no Grupo Marriott Hotel alguns anos e recomendo . Muito humanos e nunca senti pressao no meu trabalho. Muita camaradagem entre funcionarios .
Good in my first few years there. But working in leisure club had poor work life balance and little to no sleep between shifts. Changes made within Marriott were not good and impacted how everyone felt towards the end of my time there
Free staff food
Bad shift patterns
Hard work, but a great place to work, every shift would be different, a completly diverse contingent of associates. You were made to feel like family. And you always felt appreciated by managment in my opinion
Meals provided, Arc, brilliant associates
Hard work long hours
Love working for Marriott. Great discounts for hotels and free meals at work. Great guest interaction and work in a great team. Sometimes a big work load and not paid enough for the amount you do and knowledge and systems you need to know. No overtime paid
Not enough pay
No review , they are perfect and I would not change a thing. Their organisation is the only one that I would like to retire from. They have a great pension plan and also, they give you the option to work still even if you are retired

Jobs at Marriott International, Inc.
Worst workplace ever, never been treated with respect, never had chance to do any training to develop my career, never be treated as the local chefs, never be considered for promotions and rewards as the local chefs, just want to forget about working there.
At Harriott i worked during the busy days and it wasn’t very organised. As more customers were arriving, it was difficult to attend to all while making sure that everything was ready for them. Including their table being set up , ensuring that cups were filled and other enquires.
In my personal experience at Marriott, I would work again for the company. You have plenty of chances to develop new skills and grow as worker. In two years, I have started as a waiter and I have ended my career with Marriott as supervisor of the hosting team.
