I will make changes in administration and also bring displine and made them do their jobs with hardworking

Listen to employees and take everything seriously and treat everyone equally
Make sure departments are where they should beOnly employ managers who were supportive of staff and encouraged them to do well. If staff are happy and feel supported they will in turn be far more productive, creating a hostile environment for lower paid staff is not a good business plan.
