  • A disaster or a pandemic

  • Huge amount being paid every shift for the minibus + distance.
    Management is favourable and more empathetic towards some departments.

    More sincere appreciation needed.

    Always short of staff in every department.

    The chances of being liked by the management and therefore get a better position are higher if you are an obsequious person.

    As a full timer, in busy periods, you will need to work long hours and sometimes for more than 6 days in a row.

    Sometimes this is because staff calls in sick quite often. Again, because they are tired.

    Sometimes management can be ok and really nice. However, everything is like a chain. 'Bigger' managers put pressure on 'smaller' managers. Then, 'smaller' managers put pressure on supervisors. Then supervisors put pressure on staff.

  • Because I moved to spain

  • I developed a skin allergy to the products used by Marriott and they didn't do much to allow me to stay where I could avoid them.
