If you were to leave Marshall Motor Group, what would be the reason?

I have no intention to leave, if it was then it would be linked to my family

Already left thank god, that place was a health and safety disaster. I was depressed, stressed, ill, worried constantly with financial issues and compromises in standards affecting staffs health.

I have left the company and it has been the best move I have done. I am no longer depressed and stressed, I have no financial worries anymore, I no longer worry about my health and safety at work which was always compromised at Marshall, I am happy, my new employer values my time, effort and skills which is something I never had at Marshall, I get paid overtime now I have left the company I just wish I had left sooner.
