Reviews for Sales Executive at Marshall Motor Group
Lacking training and development from the management team
Sales Executive (Current Employee) - Lincoln, Lincolnshire - 18 June 2020
Management aren't really supportive of people that are new to sales. Instead of helping you properly, they just blame you when you've either failed to or just missed hitting target. Very stressful work enviroment.
The senior-management team at Head Office are fantastic, it's just a shame the dealership management team don't share the same helpful work ethic.
Pros
Commission pay and benefits are good
Cons
Long hours | Not really the most supportive management team | Stressful targets

It was a good place to work
Sales Executive - Full Time (Former Employee) - Preston, Lancashire - 28 May 2020
Good environment, well managed, product that is second to none. My only reason for leaving was that I needed to be closer to home at the time. I wouldn’t hesitate to return if the opportunity arose.

selfish
Sales executive (Current Employee) - Cambridge, Cambridgeshire - 15 July 2018
The company is not a good place to work contrary to the awards for being a good place to work. Sales executives are expected to do more than the listed hours and have to beg for holidays. I currently to 250 hours a months and it is still not enough for then. Managers have their favourites who get all the leads whilst the rest have to deal with the daily grind of donkey work.
Pros
there are not any
Cons
long hours and bully bosses
