Job variety, worked on my own initative but there were rapid changes of management. The sales and service teams were consistent.

Good pay, awful work life balance, very stressful

Marshalls pay you well, but expect a lot for it. The hours are long, you are expected to come in on days off, the stress is very high and the staff support is non existent. Marshall's caused myself and many others to have time off due to stress. Would not go back

I worked very hard and they paid me some money

I would not recommend Marshall to anyone who is looking for a career or for some recognition for a job well done. The management don't recognise good ideas, talented sales people or good business opportunities. They are not interested in customer service at all, just the balance sheet and the shareholders. They understand the cost of everything and the value of nothing.Key staff are under resourced to the point where I saw many of them leave. Numerous genuine customer complaints were brushed off as little more than awkward customers. However, if you want somewhere to work that pays you for the hours you do, then Marshall is as good a place as any.

Poor management, lack of interest in staff and customers, general apathy within dealerships to offer a good service
