High turnaround, treated like rubbish!!

There is nothing enjoyable about this job, unless you manage to be in a team with a good bunch of people. High turnaround of staff due to the abuse from customers, and probably due to the treatment from management too! Free parking (if you can get a space), free tea/coffee....that's all the positives. Was fantastic when I joined 9 years ago but change of management and structure has meant less warrants and those you do have are previous GANT's. At least 60% of new work can be returned immediately as it is GANT or known to be on benefits etc.Most office staff have left.No pay rise in 9 years as self employed but all management have annual rises.
