Underpaid and overworked

DO NOT I REPEAT SO NOT BOTHER APPLYING HERE! i worked here for 7 years in the call centre, I did every type of debt you can think off, you get abused by customers, managers don’t care and the training you get is rushed before they just expect you to go for it, the bonus is only paid to certain people and is very hard to achieve! Horrendous. No morals or decency. Exploits the most vulnerable in society without regard for personal circumstances or common decent human empathy. Truly an immoral company. No regard for anything other than profit. Totally geared to the exploiting vulnerable people.
