TerribleHorrendous. No morals or decency. Exploits the most vulnerable in society without regard for personal circumstances or common decent human empathy. Truly an immoral company. No regard for anything other than profit. Totally geared to the exploiting vulnerable people.

Not for meInteresting company. Do what we say, not what we do. My experience was not good from my very first day, not sure why I stayed. Talking to others it seems it depends on the location and local management what your experience would be like - best I leave it like that.

StressfulEmployed at Marston Group Ltd. The UK's largest judicial services group. Providing a debt recovery service for a variety of clients (HMCTS, HMRC, the CSA and Councils). Using I.T. systems effectively for reporting, recording and analysing information alongside a dialler system for taking inbound and making outbound calls A working week would be from 8am - 8pm Mon - Fri and 8am - 4pm Sat. The day would start and the calls would pick up fastly, often 60 in the queue throughout the day. This was the typical day.
