It is advisable to review the company website and other information readily available on line to get a good overview of the industry and company you are keen on and to understand how the role you have applied for fits in. Also ensure you can get to your interview in good time, check you travel arrangements thoroughly and leave in good time. Office roles (PAYE) typically follow the traditional competency and experience based interview structure and are conducted by experienced and trained hiring managers. A more flexible and more supplier based interview/meeting is held for applicants seeking the self employed roles that are available . Whilst less formal then the office (paye) process they are also carried out by experienced and trained supplier relationship managers within the Enforcement team.
