Office roles (PAYE) typically follow the traditional competency and experience based interview structure and are conducted by experienced and trained hiring managers.
A much more flexible and more supplier based interview/meeting is held for applicants seeking the self employed roles that are available . Whilst less formal then the office (paye) process they are also carried out by experienced and trained supplier relationship managers within the Enforcement team.
Business attire would be appropriate for interviews for all roles in Marston Holdings unless otherwise advised during the recruitment process.
