Assistant Manager in Dorset

Dont care about you as a person
I held a pub for 4 weeks, on supervisor wage. Had minimal staff and i was the only "management" so i had to do every job going and still keep the entire pub open, no support at all, runs you into the ground
Assistant Manager in Lincolnshire

Very good company with training optionsNice staff, good customers Site could do with a refurbishment which is apparently in the pipe lineThen could be best in Lincoln
Front of House Staff in Brynmawr, Blaenau Gwent

Exciting and moral boosting
Started with Marstons in the December of 2017 .. by the October I was made keyholder and 16 months later I was made supervisor.. very good company if you're wanting and willing to push your limits you will go far.
Bar and Waiting Staff in Flintshire
on 28 April 2022
micro management
Micro management is severe, you are always belittled by older and more advanced member of staff. I never had a specific role such as waiting on, bar staff, kitchen staff etc it was always down to what was left when all the favourites got their picks.
Waitress/Bar Staff in Nottinghamshire
on 24 April 2022
Underpaid and overworked
Paid minimum wage yet expected to do more work/jobs than are stated in the job role. Treated unfairly by management. Very poor work/life balance, made to work every weekend and often rota’d onto 12+ hour shifts. Only upside to working was other staff members.

What you'd usually expect out of an interview process - a bit of to-and-from, strengths, weaknesses, quizzing on how you'd act in a hypothetical situation.
