Dont care about you as a person
I held a pub for 4 weeks, on supervisor wage. Had minimal staff and i was the only "management" so i had to do every job going and still keep the entire pub open, no support at all, runs you into the groundAssistant Manager in Lincolnshire

Great place with good salary
Very good company with training options Nice staff, good customers Site could do with a refurbishment which is apparently in the pipe line Then could be best in Lincoln Front of House Staff in Brynmawr, Blaenau Gwent

micro management
Micro management is severe, you are always belittled by older and more advanced member of staff. I never had a specific role such as waiting on, bar staff, kitchen staff etc it was always down to what was left when all the favourites got their picks.Waitress/Bar Staff in Nottinghamshire

Underpaid and overworked
Paid minimum wage yet expected to do more work/jobs than are stated in the job role. Treated unfairly by management. Very poor work/life balance, made to work every weekend and often rota’d onto 12+ hour shifts. Only upside to working was other staff members. What would you say about your employer?

What you'd usually expect out of an interview process - a bit of to-and-from, strengths, weaknesses, quizzing on how you'd act in a hypothetical situation.
