  • Stop employee that take drugs.but marstons don't do anything anyway

  • Try listening to employees rather than ridiculing and been a bullyish attitude. when employees have questions rather than passing the book so you don't get a answer anyway.mangers don't like been put on the spot so they make that you work small amount of hours. The answer is all the same your on zero hours contract that get chucked in your face all the time

  • Pay more than the minimum wage considering they're a multi-million pound company. Make sure that when they're throwing up all these new pubs within months, that the building actually stands properly e.g. rain water leaking in through the lights and fire exits, extractors in the kitchen that don't work, NO AIR CON in any building

  • New general managers, staff acknowledgement of staff in any aspect of the job, provide training and support to staff if and when needed.

  • Seriously consider the way employees are treated, especially if Marstons Plc is going to pay minimum wage.

  • Get better staff. Rude head chef, he was the reason I left.

  • Nothing. The managers do a great job. Maybe just acknowledge some of the staff that are working hard a bit more?

  • Removing ex drayman from positions of power. Blatant favouritism for their “mates”. Needs professional people in these positions .

  • Pay a bit better for what we have to put up with. Be more available for your general managers, help when it's asked for. Not ignored until it's too late. Invest a bit more in repairs and the sites otherwise don't be shocked when the sites don't improve. Don't ignore the people that are good at their jobs just because they don't require babysitting! A little recognition and gratitude regularly goes a long long way.

  • Award permanent full time contracts to dedicated employees
