Shocking

A bad place to work. Only thing they care about is pressing more jobs onto you that is unrealistic to complete. 300+ miles a day in a van that isn’t even fit to drive on the road

Horrible end to a great beginning

Used to be a great place to work but then everything changed when a new manager arrived and had no clue what they were doing. Changed a motivated group that were regularly earning a bonus and hitting targets into a shambles. Staff members in tears and off sick due to the pressure. Horrible atmosphere around the place. Since I left I think there are only 3 or 4 people still there from that time, tells you a lot about what it's like to work there. Five years ago I'd have given the place 5* reviews... now there are some categories I wish you could give 0* for. Really poor management and taking on more and more work while having , at times, NO qualified staff to do the jobs put ridiculous pressure on the work force. So pleased I left, would NEVER go back.
