It is a small, fast paced company. I learn a lot but the hours are quite long. Nice place to work with friendly people. The job roles can be very varied.

I can honestly say it’s the worst job I have ever had! The management are so rude to their staff and they put people down daily! DO NOT WORK FOR THEM!

Avoid like the plague

During my time here my colleagues were routinely spoken down to and come the end of your probation, you will be too. The office is a draining environment and the only thing close to office culture was that most people were secretly supporting each other in looking for a way out. In the handful of weeks I was there, a third of the full time in-office staff had left, so there's a constant stream of people in/out. For a reason.I decided to give the benefit of the doubt given the positive reviews here and wished I hadn't. No amount if desparation for a free lunch should lead you here.

Free lunches, lovely colleagues even through the stress
Cons
Terrible communication and poor management, no respect for life outside of work

Working at Maxim World gave me the experience and knowledge that i need to be ready for a career.

I enjoyed the work environment. Company is very focused and has great Ethos. I learnt a lot from working here. There are some great perks within the company and lots of opportunities. Management is great, they support you to move up within the company.
