Great benefits
The company itself is a good one to work for, however, the organisation has a very confusing structure which sometimes leads to confusion and inefficiency.

dependant on project
there are certainly worse places to work, it really depends on your team I think. I have met many people who love it and others that say it wasnt for them. overall It is a decent company to be fair to them just not aligned with myself

Management is inept.
Management is inept. There is no personal touches. You're treated like an AI dummy. Progression isn't possible. A lot of managers are ex-forces and they forget that they're now on Civvy Street. The canteen was good and so was the hate out.

Passionate people delivering on big projects
Many teams have felt pressure in the last year or so to deliver results as business demand has grown. People are passionate about the company and what we do to support defence in the UK and for our allies, so everyone makes real contributions at work. All frustrations I've noticed since starting, can be simply linked back to people's desire to improve everything. Personally I have felt very supported by my manager and colleagues since joining in 2021, with everyone so willing to get me up to speed on what can be a complex organisation at times. I feel my expertise brought from outside MBDA is valued and listened to, and I have been able to impact my areas of work early on in my careers with the company. I also feel well compensated for my work, with things like company bonuses and paid overtime adding even more to my competitive salary. The benefits here are also probably better than most of my previous employers.

All working separately on own objectives
I felt like I was doing my tasks well but don’t feel the company treats people inclusive so to understand how oneself/individuals contribution is notable towards end product and how important services employees give is fully recognised?
