Stressful and Work overload

You're worked very heavily at all times, management is decent but hard to communicate to. The most enjoyable part of the job is the team you work with

Decent for 1st job

Can’t really complain was my first job , however they schedule you even though your not available for that day/time . This happend a lot . Most managers was fine but some have favourites and you can tell . Most crew aren’t trained on all things

People are great and will make you want to stay but it is not for everyone

It's a very fast paced job where you can either have an 8 hour shift fly by or have it feel like forever. However the people you work with will keep you there as everyone will always help each out and up for a laugh. Won't be for everyone but don't let this put you off.

Very fast paced but extremely flexible.

It’s a very hard and fast paced job. Do not do this job if you aren’t fast. You have to be quick and will be standing/moving for the entire shift. However, it has great benefits and pays well. Also, it’s very flexible if you have university or studies. They understand if you need time off and can give you support. The other workers are really kind when I was there too.

It was ok

Lots of training. Everyone was nice. Didn't work there long. Free food every shift. I don't really have anything to say but need to fill the word count

Interview questions

Interview lasted around 10 minutes Didn't ask me for identification at the interview, despite specifying on website. Still a good idea to bring ID just in case Asked me: what does respect mean to you? how would you show respect in the workplace? who's your role model and why? how would you greet a customer? what’s more important? fast or friendly service? how would your teachers describe you? can you cope with a fast paced working enviroment? The manager then took me into the back of the resturaunt where I worked at the drive through window for around 20 minutes, handing food to the customers and asking if they wanted any sauce with it. The manager left one of the staff with me to prepare the orders and give them to me, to hand to the customers. probably is a test of your communication with customers or something. was good fun, and the staff are happy and very kind
