Go with a smart shirt and some black either smart trousers or denim/chino fabrics with a belt and tucked in with some black plimsole or dress shoes (this is how you will look mostly on shift as a manager and will give them an idea if you look good in the shirt which is a big part of the customer experience, looking acceptable on the floor)
