Zero Hour Contract
No shifts are the same, you will WILL, be made to stay behind for maybe 5 mins to half an hour on some shifts. Very stressful! Hard to make plans with anyone.
No matter what, you get a 45 min break every day, but this may be given to you after working below an hour during say an eight hour shift. Sometimes it's given at a good time though.
Depending on how long your shift was you'd either get a 30 minute break or a 45 minute break.
Between 4 to 9 hours each shift. If it is low hours, the break is 15 to 20 mins long. If it is a long shift, the break is about 30 to 45 mins long.

You get the same hour shifts but at different starts, the breaks are a reasonable amount of time for you to eat and have enough time after to do what you need to do before clocking in again.
8 hours every weekend
Shifts are unpredictable, on long shifts you get 45 minute breaks.
You get a 45 minute break. Generally there is a lot of overtime every shift. My shift patterns were very different all the time.
