It was simplistic but easy to get the job.
Poor recruiting process. Got the interview basically straight away. Then 3 weeks after had welcome meeting being told they’d contact me in 2 days for first shift date. 6 weeks later still not heard nothing
- They ask you questions about where you have previously worked and what you are currently doing in terms of education and the skills you have
- They ask you to write down your availability
- They will ask you to wear suitable shoes prior to the interview and if they don't.. do so as they will take you on a tour of the back kitchen and staff area
The interview was short and simple. I felt like they would just hire anyone. They didn’t seem interested in proof of GCSE or how well I could work.
Poor interview process, more like an informal interview than a proper interview.
There are a few weird questions, the one I remember is 'If you were brand what would you be and why?' My only advice is to try not to go for generic answers like Apple, try to be creative.
Its a 15min interview they ask 4 question then 10 mins on drive through.
