What is the paid holiday policy like at McDonald's? How many days do you get per year?

Unless you're a manager you get told to book off you're time. If you're crew you get just book when ever

30 but some of these days are used for the bank holidays like Christmas etc

Holiday pay is provided, which can be added to bi-monthly paychecks if you do not use all of your allocated holiday time over a one year period (for example, if I started in May 2018 and had £100 left of unused holiday pay by May 2019, I could ask for the £100 in my next paycheck). But I'm not very familiar with how the system/policy works.
