They simply give you an preview of what you will be doing if you except the job then they ask you to pour drinks for 10/20 minutes you get told at the interview if you have the job if they don't you haven't got it

Majority of questions are about yourself. They want to get to know you as a person and hear your passions and strength. You may also be required to to an OJ test on your interview which is just a trial test on the floor. But it doesn't always happen. You will find out that day/night ot the day after by text/email.
The questions are nothing challenging.
