Terrible place - moral vacuum
This is a horrible place to work. If you like being under pressure and constantly overloaded with work then this is the place for you. Terrible management style, directors and senior management creaming off the business. Uncaring about their work force.Manufacturing Technician in Whittlesey, Cambridgeshire

Good Company/VERY Poor Management
Having worked at McCain for for 2 decades, I can confidently say the company is great to work for with all the benefits, little perks etc but the so-called “managers” are a joke. Very “clicky” environment to work in, if your honest then your face don’t fit, your shunned and not given equal opportunities. But if your a “yes man” and bodge things to get the machines going quicker, instead of fixing correctly then you’ll do fine here. It can be a very stressful environment to work in due to poor organisation and lack of parts. This site has low morale with high turn over of staff for good reason. One work colleague stated that McCain will not listen to their workforce and instead will quite happily look the other way instead of dealing with the issueManufacturing Technician in Scarborough
