Estate manager and duty manager are very unprofessional. They have favourite members of staff who get priority over the rest. Only allowed a break if worked more than 6 hours. Estate manager very rude to staff, visitors, contractors and homeowners. Without these 2 members of staff Saxon Gardens would be a wonderful place to work.
