Good Management Support, No Weekend work, Driving A MUST.
Good company to work for, some senior managers are simply great and supports you. Low pay but you manage some brilliant FMCG accounts. Target driven. Mostly No or Zero bonuses. Been trained by some seniors but mostly DIY! You must know how to work independently as well as under supervision. Driving is must, need to drive for long hours, depending on assigned territories. Challenging jobs but targets are mostly achievable. Lack of promotion opportunities so tough to grow within company.

Terrible place to work
I have worked here for the last 3 months worse move I ever made. The management are terrible to work for any issues you have they don’t resolve, stress and work life balance is NIL.Expect you to work 8 hours in store and don’t consider your driving so your working 10-12 hours a week unpaid! No support, training is shocking and the pay wowww don’t look at having a company car as a perk, it’s takes off your wage, look at 22,500 a year but then minus about 350 in car tax. The wage is terrible, save your stress. If you want a stressful job there go for this one.

Just don't!! Stressful bad pay and long hours you're not paid for.
Don't bother . The more you give the more they want. Imagine what their client pays them to what they pay you ! It's basically minimum wage. Cars are OK. All the training seems amazing they even cover mental health UNTIL you're struggling yourself. They don't care. Do not work here. Managers want their bonus , you do the hard work. Nah.
