The most useful review selected by IndeedI thoroughly enjoyed my time at MCE. All the members of staff were friendly and helpful. My managers were excellent, clear and easy to work with. I was always given clear instructions and feedback when working here.

Awful Place to work
First Line Support (Former Employee) - Rushden - 26 June 2023
Whilst employed there my wages were docked every month without prior notice. It could be anything from 26pence up to £600 each month. If you were late back from lunch by 20 seconds you were unable to make it up at end of day and your wages were docked. However if on a call past your working hours and you were stuck on call for another hour or so past clocking off you were NOT paid for it. Awful place

As I entered MCE for almost month now, I was thinking like a lot of realization from my previous job . it's not the negativity but the positive outcomes itself . The opportunity which they've offered has a big impact in todays world pandemic .
