Alright if you need a job
Just a job I guess some of the people there are okay some aren't which can get aggravating at times there's constant pressure and don't expect to have much of a social life working there

Not the best bus company around
VERY long working days (between 12-13 hour long shifts.Management varies - a few do listen and to others you are just a butt on a driving seat.Zero Personal life/Work life balance

Too many supervisors that have no clue
At the interview job sounded great but once behind the doors everything changes. The Johnstone depot full of Supervisors who have got no clue how to run the place and only got the jobs because they are mates with other Supervisors or Managers. The pay is minimum wage even for overtime and the depot is like something from the 1960s never been upgraded and the place is falling apart.Trying to save money by not buying new parts for buses is putting passengers lives at risk but money comes first with this company.I would never go back even if offered double the money the supervisors try to bully you but stand up for yourself and you will be out of a job.

Absolutely shocking work place, no proper health and safety put into place, they bully the decent people out of work, no night shift allowance for the cleaners and you are expected to go well above and beyond of what your job description is for minimum wage, then when you are working outside in minus weather conditions no proper clothing is provided to help you keep warm, treated like dirt wouldn't wish this job on my worst enemy. As for the management top to the bottom they couldn't organise a kids easter egg hunt. I have a great work ethic but this place would suck the life out even the most positive person in this world, I would rather shovel dog dirt with my hands than ever take a job back with them again.
