It can be very fast paced, but there is a strong supportive culture, colleagues tend to be very helpful, and help is always found if you need it. Highly recommended.
Worked up to 6 days a week and up to 10 hours a day. I had to learn a lot on the job but picked up the skills pretty quickly. Meeting clients was difficult as a lot of the time they did not want to see you.

If you're an EA looking to find a comfortable set of workplace benefits, working amongst a team/pool of other EAs then you will enjoy it here.
In my experience the lack of support and 24/365/360 feedback model is not a culture than I enjoyed and I would avoid in the future as it inspires ethical and social problems.

Culture
McKinsey is a truly inspiring Global Management Consultancy Firm.
No two days were ever the same and the adrenaline rush from exceeding expectations was phenomenal.
I worked with amazing Directors and Partners and a fantastic EA cohort world wide.
The hardest part of the job was trying to achieve a work/life balance as the hours were extremely long and arduous.
Pros
Great benefits; gym and free restaurant on site
