Shockingly bad, the recruitment team are woefully inept and will probably give you the wrong information (for example, your interview wasn't successful, before you've even been to it - you didn't get the job when you did, and many other similar and utterly ridiculous issues) and the questions you get given to ask someone during an interview are embarrassingly wide of being relevent for every single person I've ever interviewed
3 months in agencies because they can get joiner
Bit of a disaster from start to finish. Applied for Administrator position. Was left voicemail by recruitment team to call them back regarding my application which I did. The person who called me was on another call so left message for her to call me back. 4 hours later and nothing so I called again to be told she couldn’t find my details! Anyway I was eventually asked to attend interview at short notice which I did. The job description in the advertisement was clearly copied & pasted from another advertisement as the job I applied for was different from the one I interviewed for. I was told I would hear back in a few days and 3 weeks later I have heard absolutely nothing which is so rude when I’ve taken to time to apply & attend interview. No email or phone call or anything. My experience shows their recruitment process & staff to be extremely unprofessional.
