What would you suggest Mears Group management do to prevent others from leaving?

  • Management should leave themselves then that way they would retain staff because people leave due to management and HR

  • Do not lie to your staff!!!!!! Do not make false allegations about your staff, learn how to have a bit of dignity and respect about yourself.

  • Give proper training, have a through on-boarding procedure, support employees better and most importantly improve the the working environment/culture. If you enjoy being in a toxic and unsupported environment you will be fine.

  • Get rid of zero hour contracts

  • Treat your staff with dignity and respect
    Don't dismiss staff just because they have put in a complaint against you

  • Not over work their staff, stop adding calls to your rota without asking, be better organised.

  • Actually try paying them for the shifts they've done and when stick to their word about calling back

  • Support the care workers who go and do the job!!
