Not a great company, but not too bad either. Everyone is friendly and helpful, some parts of management are supportive. Global type of work culture. On the cons side: very high volume of work, expectations for working over time, and take on any type of tasks. Family culture, therefore some people get more benefits than others.

Great Workplace

Great environment and management. Cultivates a good work life balance and team spirit. Really enjoyed my time here and learnt a lot about the clinical world.

Very bad management too much workload

No support in your probation too much to take in less time. Some old workers don’t want changes. Too much meetings. Less time to get your head around everything
