Have to be willing to put up with a lot

Will work in teams who are majority fillipeans who will speak in their own language, to each other constantly and talk about you making it unpleasant. The work itself is usually busy but if you can't communicate or rather the team won't communicate in English with you makes it difficult

Management at Medinet is what really lets it down, as they are trying to do so many jobs at one time, this makes it difficult for employees to feel appreciated. The workload is very stressful, there is no team atmosphere, the holiday entitlement is the bare minimum, the facilities and benefits are below standard e.g. no on site parking, no flexible working.
