Not to bad would be much better if staffed better
Not the greatest place work work, bullies especially management to many high up roles and not enough staff that actually work on the floor. The pay is better if you work bank instead of permanent.

Great place, great people and wonderful work experience
I work mostly night shifts and I truly enjoy my job, however I think more staff should be given when needed so as to reduce the risk of falls and make it less stressful for the staff because in so doing you get the best of productivity form staff and patients wellbeing. It’s a great place to improve on your career as a healthcare worker,a lovely and bubbly place with some great staff. I enjoyed and ...

The staff were friendly mostly but some bullying inherent within the department

The team were eager for me to be employed as they’d invested a lot of time in me however management had other ideas. They turned me down on the basis that the successful candidate had scored higher yet 2 months later revoke...
Lead security officer in Medway, Kent

Bad management
Worked here for over 4 years as a lead officer. Initially was an amazing place to work but as management changed so did the work place as a whole. Quickly becoming an unsatisfactory place to be with a bullying culture, after keeping an exemplary record my face no longer fit and was pushed out. We went from a team of 11 to 3 after multiple people resigned within a month.
