Not a great company to work for.
Fed up and anyone who does work here, keep track of the overtime and rates. Don’t let them get one over you.Fast paced job and you get no appreciation. I just hope the management has a reshuffle and things change one day.

Good work/life balance
You get a good work/life balance working here, they have a lot of mental health support and focus on that which is important these days, downside you only get SSP which is the case most places now unfortunately, over all great company to work for.
Catering Manager in York, North Yorkshire
on 6 March 2022
No help from management
Ridiculously stressful, holidays interrupted constantly by management, no pay for training courses done in own time, use WhatsApp to communicate with messages coming from 6am until 10.30pm despite only working 8 until 2. Ignored by management when asking for help.
Manager in Middlesbrough, North Yorkshire
on 7 January 2022
Stressfull company with lack to support
Lack of understanding for site level based staff and the amount of work teams have to do. Each week deadlines got tighter even when head office know you are short staffed, lack of training for new staff.
Catering Manager in Manchester, Greater Manchester
on 20 November 2021
Communication zero, wages always wrong, some area managers were good but hands seemed to be always tied and some managers were outright bullies. Payroll very poor and HR to slow to react. Glad I left
