Answered 20 August 2020Our interview process is centred on our values and expected behaviours. We have a unique model which is called Inclusive Recruitment. The actual process can consist of structured interviews, assessment centres, multiple mini interviews and will involve a colleague(s) or person(s) with a learning disability. In some instances a completion of a psychometric questionnaire may be required or competency based assessments. For further information please contact the Recruitment teams on 01733 246699
