Ramp Agent in Manchester, Greater Manchester

Company is saved by the in house staff
I'll start by saying this can be an incredibly fun job at times, with excellent staff that you can easily build a friendship with and long paid breaks between flights. I generally enjoyed my time here. In house supervisors and duty managers are excellent. Where this job is let down is the high up management, as usual in most jobs. They are also chronically understaffed, and current staff are overworked, asked to do cleaning, baggage hall, ramp and de icing, sometimes all on one day. It's physically challenging, and some days you'll go home with aches from places you never knew existed. Pay is very meh, you can't live on it if you have to account for a family. You have to be prepared to be out in all conditions, and be soaked wet through in bitter wind. Training is also very slow due to lack of staff covering for training periods. A generally fun job at times, with brilliant in house staff, and an excellent gateway into the aviation industry, but lacking in management and severe understaffing and overworking issues, mixed with a very meh salary.Baggage Handler in Luton

If you want die young thats the best place to work. Managment as allways only care about reduce costs and they had no clue how the job is done. The crew depends. Some people will be nice and some will stab you on back.Check-in Agent in Manchester

Fast paced environment
A brilliant company to work for! It's brilliant being able to work in a fast paced environment dealing with multiple airline customers. No two days are the same and the support from colleagues and management is fantastic.Passenger Service Agent in London

None
Horrible company. Nobody cares about employees. Menagment isn't supportive and helpful. Working hours 3 am starts! Little pay , always short staff, u end up doing things on your own without any support. Very rude menagment, Only 30 minutes break , very long shifts 10 hours and longer. What would you say about your employer?
