Not the best over worked and underpaid and No paid holidays , isolating job , rude workers , no benefits and you can't leave early for appointments and don't cover travel or pay extra to night shifts

Bonus pay non existent had one Bonus pay in 6 months

Not the best for pay increases to what you do. Work harder than people who are on contract yet treatment like a 2nd class citizen. Also many people who knew the job were released of duties yet still recruiting. No progress follow ups unless it was a negative report

working at Next via Meridian Business Support was fun,fast paced but a relaxed atmosphere and lots of support from the agency staff who were great.Unfortunately work dropped off after the xmas period as does for most companies.

Great agency

I was to start work in a local area that I was unknown of and meridian phoned 2 hours before the opening hours to direct me to my work from my current location instead of telling me how it’s all my fault and should have checked beforehand meridian helped me get there great work and support from a agency and I’ve been in numerous agency’s this is one of the good ones they actually help

Very poor would not recommend to anyone

Very bad company to work for was trained as a picker in warehouse near Armforth working 8 hour shift Friday to Monday but every time I turned up for work was put on box making duties. Then took 1 day off sick as I had kidney stone pain which I informed company about. Was due to start work again this Friday but received text to say not wanted due to poor performance, I would like to see them work when you are doubled up in pain trying to pass a kidney stone and I only took one day off, all other times was turning up before my shift started and booking in accordingly so much for job security. They just wanted to get rid of me due to my age as I am over 60 and only employ young people who are cheaper as they do not have to pay them so much. Still have not received link to review my payslips despite numerous request for same don’t suppose will get a P45 from them either

False promises

Lack of hours always getting pay wrong and when questioned about pay said will get back but never do!!! Management waste of time just promises just keeps employing & long time staff get less & less work .

would rather have no income at all they talk to you like rubbish expect you to treat them with respect yet you don't get non in return want to ask them a question don't bother they will tell you t come back later or not help at all they give you zero notice the are letting you go but then when you move on to a better job they expect you to give 1 to 4 weeks notice but they can just say right bye when they don't need you if I was you looking at this I wouldn't bother hopefully you never after go with a agency because they will just underpay you and ruin your life agencies have ruined the uk

meridian talk c##p they will say anything get u in.i was reassured i will be working til christmas but asked the company and they said no and they were not happy with meridian telling ppl it was til christmas.avoid newcastle under lyme branch
