Great place to work

Productive, great wage for the job you do. Supportive staff. I worked a variety of roles here, the work does get quite repetitive but overall a decent place to work. Pay is on time and fair too

Say you are guaranteed 4 shifts and you can pick the days, when really you will be lucky to get one shift a week. You can travel to work and be sent home with no pay or reimbursement for travel costs. Your expected to wait round in the hope you get a shift and god forbid you miss a call from the office

I can say that this is a good agency to work for. There working shifts are really flexible, although not great pay. They respond to your queries promptly.

Not the best over worked and underpaid and No paid holidays , isolating job , rude workers , no benefits and you can't leave early for appointments and don't cover travel or pay extra to night shifts

Shocking

Worst job I have had the training was average but 70% of it is not used for the actually job! Job is incredibly stressful and shocking pay for the abuse and stress it gets. The clinicians within the company are extremely rude and patronising

I was to start work in a local area that I was unknown of and meridian phoned 2 hours before the opening hours to direct me to my work from my current location instead of telling me how it’s all my fault and should have checked beforehand meridian helped me get there great work and support from a agency and I’ve been in numerous agency’s this is one of the good ones they actually help

This is one of the best agencies I’ve ever seen, the are so friendly and kind, they do so much for you as well as check up on you after a couple of weeks when you start a placement just to see if you are getting on alright.I would highly recommend meridian to anybody looking for work.What a fantastic company :)

Worst Agency i have signed up for

Me and another guy was told we are to go onto Night Shift at a rate of pay of just over £10 we worked on Nights for a few weeks when we received our wage slips online we found out our wages were way below the said amount when i contacted Meridian i was told they had made a mistake and the wage for nights is the lower amount when i have worked for the company for 3 months i go onto the higher rate of pay the thing is my contract with the company was only for two months , pure con artists they are as much use as a fire exit door in a dinghy !!!!!!!

Good pay but its danger money

You will be on a constant watch not aiding in mental health but literally sat down for 14 hours staring at someone. you can only go to the toilet with permission probably 3 times. you cant go outside prison for your dinner. they dont give you any breaks and you fight for your dinner. I was physically attacked

Decent workplace

I worked there for a week before being offered another job and I very much enjoyed my time there; there was always work to do, the managers were great and supportive and the operatives were very helpful and friendly.
