  • Always understaffed, undervalued and under pressure would never work for them again

  • Being undervalued, putting in genuine complaints and being ignored, trying to improve services and the quality of life of users yet being told off when doing this.

  • Not knowing who you can trust. It's about money all the time, MHA hides behind charity status, always grabbing money. Employ less people in senior management and save some money . Less senior staff, =less stress

  • No management interested in what I was doing.

  • Working under staffed,lack of training and management don't seem to support staff,only bothered about filling rooms up to make money.

  • Heavy admin work however this is normal within the sector.
