Always understaffed, undervalued and under pressure would never work for them again
Being undervalued, putting in genuine complaints and being ignored, trying to improve services and the quality of life of users yet being told off when doing this.
Not knowing who you can trust. It's about money all the time, MHA hides behind charity status, always grabbing money. Employ less people in senior management and save some money . Less senior staff, =less stress
No management interested in what I was doing.
Working under staffed,lack of training and management don't seem to support staff,only bothered about filling rooms up to make money.
Heavy admin work however this is normal within the sector.
