Re-evaluate disciplinary procedures, especially for medication errors. Harsh policies are counter productive and discourage transparency and honesty.
Remove the manager's annual bonus for staying within budget. The focus should be on providing great care and not financial gain.
I think they need to give the Admin Manager's role due respect. The salary and benefits need to be in line with the work load. I feel there are people who think that Admin Managers are still of an Assistant / Administrator level without realising that they have recruited Admin Managers externally who have a lot to offer and a lot of experience.
