Answered 27 November 2019The hours totally depend on which role you do in the business. The stores are open 7 days per week, 8am - 8pm, and so clearly they need to have amazing people during these hours. The contact centre (AMAZE Direct) is open 24 hours a day, so there are a lots of different shift patterns available there. The offices in London tend to be 9am - 5:30pm, and again this isn't a corporate unbreakable rule. The leaders are all human and so you can talk to them about being flexible where needed.
