Bad management
Administrative Assistant (Former Employee) - Edgware, Greater London - 27 March 2023
If Meteoline wasn't a big company, they would had gone bankrupt. Every for themselves with their departments and bad management, everyone is their own boss, lack teamwork ( basically teamwork don't exist if ot don't benefit them). When I start, got 4 days training, which suppose to be 3 months training, no support or compassion, its you rather swim or sink. I managed to swim and survived.

As aboveHad procedure carried out at hospital and had my overtime payment unpaid as not returned for work till the next day they have all these policies we put you first They don’t The offices were dirty and in the whole 10 years only had one clean when we complained about being bitten it was a good 3 months before carpet tiles were replaced .Managers replaced every 3 years and their offices were always updated

Fast paced but fun workplace

I work in a fast paced working environment. I have learned advanced administrative skills and also picked up basic management skills. Great co workers and lovely environment, however, things can get tense at times with weekly deadlines that need to be met.

Depending on role your days can be very busy and go quickly or, can be too bogged down with irrelevant duties.

local sites, some fun colleagues
Cons
some of the senior managers thinking too much of themselves.
