they( the managers at potters bar at least live in the past and think its a great job.hence the reason at potters bar they only fill 1/10 pcv jobs. it use. It isnt. this is the reason there is such a mass shorage of bus drivers. working in london is absolutly horrible. the customers hate you the cars etc hate you and your managers think you are lucky as you have a great job lol. take my advice. if you can get a bus job outside london i bus etc log cards etc. dont exist and you will actually enjoy the job.

Job is easy if you enjoy driving a bus.If you do everything by the book, you will have no problem to get in any trouble.Alocation cood do better to help you out with swaps of dutys or rest days.

Absolute nightmare bus company

Driver (Former Employee) - Holloway, Greater London - 26 October 2021

Management have no respect or communication skills,New drivers are treated like dirt. If you have a family then forget about ever taking your annual leave during school holidays. The facilities are also appalling. I could continue but I'll just leave it there for now.

I’ve never known a job with so many rules & procedures but it’s not child’s play, it’s serious responsibility. Follow the training mandate, you will be unnoticed which is good, act like a maverick you won’t last 6 months, good steady work, unsociable hours, half decent pay.
