Not bad, it’s ok
Bus Operator (Current Employee) - London, Greater London - 11 August 2023
Not as competitive as the other bus companies, start rates could be better to match the competition, feels like your in prison sometimes The weekly pay is a plus

Follow the rules, drive safe.
Bus Driver (Current Employee) - Potters Bar - 4 February 2023
I’ve never known a job with so many rules & procedures but it’s not child’s play, it’s serious responsibility. Follow the training mandate, you will be unnoticed which is good, act like a maverick you won’t last 6 months, good steady work, unsociable hours, half decent pay.
Pros
Weekly pay, two rest days every week in a pattern.
Cons
Long hours, mentally tiring
