Really good experience so far after 5 years of service. I am very lucky as I have fantastic colleagues at work including the Sergeants. Hardest part of the job, dealing with violent people. Very happy so far.

The only good thing is job security - am working with a good team - there are no benefits to this job. The hours for a shift is way too long and very draining both mentally and physically.

They are always trying to over work you. Never satisfied. It’s not what you know it’s who you know in order to get promotion. People treat you like dirt

It’s a decent job. I may be stressful sometimes but I think when you apply for this kind of job you need to be prepared it’s not going to be a piece of cake and only east days
