The place is what you make it.
The place is what you make it basically. I worked in a safer neighbourhood team which were all friendly and reliable with a good atmosphere at work. I also worked in a transport team with a rather more aggressive and exclusive culture which I found quite difficult but one must try to fit in as best as one can.
