ProductiveA typical day would be listening to customers regarding repair or housing issue such as ASB, neighbourhood issues, I have learnt a lot throught the contractors we have used regarding repairs related at my property, the hardest part of the job is if someone is upset due to a death in the family or just general issues. I have met a group of wonderful people and will treasure my memories and the fun we had

caution.Senior management staff would make you feel like you were the problem for raising staff issues. They don't listen. Cons:- Rudeness.Favouritism.Unequal Caseloads .Disrespect. Pros:-Senior can offer you advice & support as a new starter. Overall the hours are great. No weekend work or late nights.I can't fault the customers and really good training opportunities but would give this a miss. Head office never picks up on stuff.Based off site from HR.

Very little job securityAlthough I enjoyed my work at Metropolitan, I received very little support from my management in challenging situations. However, I managed to collect over £150,000 to help reduce the company's arrears and maintained a collection rate of over 106%. I enjoy customer service and assisting people with managing their debts, but would prefer a role with more job security.
