Answered 15 June 2020Hello, I can honestly inform you that I personally think MHA is a great organisation to work for. All Care Companies face pressures and sometimes homes can feel this, however MHA's core values are to provided quality to later life, we want to assist older people to live a full and long life as best we can. For the Care Industry MHA actually pays very well. We pay above the National Living Wage and as a charity it is important to remember we are not a corporate organisation taking millions, everything earned is put back into the organisation for older people and so we may as much as we can pay to keep the organisation running and continuing to support older people. Unfortunately many negative reviews tend to be posted by employees who may have faced disciplinary or haven't been successful in a post and therefore want to knock the organisation down, however all of these we do take on board and HR always give the opportunity for all employees to have their say and fight any cases they deem necessary. Kindest regards,
