Michael Page Employee Review

Extremely KPI Driven

Highly KPI Driven. Good for trainees that want to enjoy an active social life and learn the basics. Lots of staff changes, constant restructuring. Positives: Enhanced benefits. Big job titles for what is just a Recruitment Consultant .

Do not work here

You’ll be stressed, sad, and overworked. You’re constantly shouted at no matter how hard you work and there is zero respect, especially for women. Avoid

Depends on what desk you're on

If you are covering a discipline that Page isn't known for then you might struggle to achieve targets are obtain a bonus. Staff turnover very high at about 30% annually which tells you all you need to know. Page group filling temp jobs seems to be the easiest and most lucrative. Much better recruitment agencies out there. Lots of cold calling and people just hang up as constantly being called by agencies. Also encouraged to lie to candidates/clients, change CVs without permission etc. to get your foot in the door.

Pros

Nice offices, friendly staff.

Cons

Long hours for little pay
